I wanted to buy a scooter thats for sale by its model 899 and A 06 by what they are trying to get rid of them .. but I wanted to see if I get the lowest .. Is there anything more beautiful than haggling with a bank of Scooter?

It is always better for a trader to sell their products at lower margins, to sell anything.
Sure you may not be able to get the lowest price, but maybe a free helmet or a free oil change.
